We had an amazing time at Soil in Hakuba. It was extremely well appointed, very clean and had so many little extra touches. Hope was a brilliant host who sent clear and detailed messages.

My stay at Soil in Hakuba was great! The host, Hope, offered assistance with all our needs and even helped us get the best quality meat for BBQ. The house was very well designed and we had everything that we needed and even more. Overall, I and my friends enjoyed our time at Soil and were completely satisfied! Thanks for the warm hospitality!
We had a lovely stay in Hakuba at Hope’s rental. It’s exactly as in the pictures (better, in fact). Such thoughtful design and amenities. Check-in was easy, and everything was organized in a way that made the whole stay very enjoyable. The host left good recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The coffee offered was sublime, the kids loved the sled and snow ball makers. Everyone was happy 😊 we would love to make our way back one day. For travelers seeking to ski, we really were at the end of the season. Many restaurants were closed for the season and the mountain ski lifts had many closures. Next time we will come earlier in the year/ or in December. Regardless, our stay was lovely because of this home and Hope’s hospitality.

白馬の自然に魅了され、東京とこの静かな土地で生活を始めました。海外や国内での旅行の機会が多く、数多くの宿に泊まり旅する中でこんな宿があったらという想いを形にしました。白馬の自然に触れて滞在を楽しんでいただきながら、自然と共存していくために何ができるかを考えて頂くキッカケになれると嬉しいです。soil（土壌）共存していくために持続可能な範囲で出来ることから始めて行きたいという想いからsoilと名付けました。 Captivated by Hakuba's beauty, I now split my time between Tokyo and this peaceful retreat. I aim to offer visitors a chance to experience Hakuba's allure, preserving its essence. Our building 'Soil' reflects our dedication to sustainability.
