Our contemporary and spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain house is perfect for your next visit to Crested Butte. Whether you are coming to CB to ski in the winter or enjoy the countless outdoor activities available in the non-winter months, our house will provide the ideal retreat for you and your group. Please note that this is a family home so we ask that during your visit you treat our house as though it were your own. LOCATION Our home is located in the beautiful and highly-desired residential neighborhood of Meridian Lake Park that sits nestled in aspen forests along the side of Washington Gulch Valley. Conveniently located 8 minutes from the Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort parking lot and 10 minutes from downtown Crested Butte, our house offers a fantastic combination of peaceful isolation and ease of access to the surrounding area. The neighborhood enjoys direct access to Snodgrass Mountain trail, one of the most popular hiking & mountain biking routes in the area. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Master bedroom includes a king bed, private patio and massive walk-in closet. The connected oversized master bathroom comes equipped with heated marble floors, his & her sinks, walk-in shower / steam room and a jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms located upstairs – one with two queen beds and the other with one king bed. Both rooms include day beds perfect for lounging next to the oversized windows and each have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is located above the garage and has one queen bed & one full bed and a full bathroom. This room is perfect as a kid’s “bunk room” and includes a TV with Roku. LIVING AREAS Large “great room” offers incredible light through back windows and is the perfect place to relax with your group. The room comes equipped with a Roku TV app, Sonos music system, a wall of books and countless board games & puzzles. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not available for guests. Modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you and your group will need. Countertop bar with four seats is perfect for breakfast. Large dining room offers seating for 10 comfortably. Private office with desk at front of the house is available for working. Large hallway with coat racks and cubby holes can be used for storing / drying ski clothes. Laundry room with washer / dryer and sink. GARAGE Heated and insulated two-car garage is large enough to fit two full-sized SUVs and all your ski & outdoor equipment. Guests will find various outdoor equipment in the garage including skis, sleds, bikes and snowshoes that are available for use as long as they are left in the same condition in which they are found. OUTDOOR SPACE House includes two large back patios, one located off of the living room and one off the master bedroom. Main back patio comes equipped with a basic charcoal grill, patio furniture and outdoor firepit. Note that during the winter, much of the back patio will be covered by snow and unavailable.
