This is a simple, budget-friendly room with a workspace and private attached bathroom on the 1st floor. It is centrally located near shopping/dining areas as well. Note: There is now a lock in the room with a key for your privacy. Note: Outdoor security camera is present in backyard and front garage area. I have a family member who brings her friendly dog at times. My friendly cat are now in a separate room for guests but may occasionally come out with me only when they are supervised. I have a large space and welcome to use with access to netflix and youtube.

We will someday visit California again and definitely looking to stay again at Charles place. Our stay was great. The place is quiet and with privacy. We have a separate toilet and bath inside the room. The environment is so quiet. Stores, restaurants, etc. is just around the vicinity, very accessible especially the Catholic church. Charles is an awesome host. Very accommodating and friendly host. Easy to get along with. We are giving him a five star review. Great job.

This is a quiet neighborhood of Vallejo. 5-10 minutes to shopping centers and a local community college. There is also six flags and a nice Cinemark movie theater close by. In addition, there is also a small local park nearby.
Either a car or a bicycle is needed for transportation. You can walk but will take about 15-25 minutes to get to a local shopping center.
