Sunny's place was great. It is in a strategic location close to the Wolfline and Raleigh transit busses. it is also within a close distance to NCSU and a walking distance to some buildings. Plenty of parking is available. The house itself is clean with simple and neat decorations. My room had a nice fireplace and many windows. But the blinds acted as perfect blackouts. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cookware needed. I like Sunny's idea of labeling food. A label roll and pen were available on the countertop. I was there during a very busy commencement week but Sunny was always communicating with announcements to keep things in order and the house clean. The house and the kitchen were cleaned when I was there. Also there are labels everywhere with clear instructions. Sunny was also responsive to my questions. I will definitely come back if it is available.

I want to start this off with saying that Sunny is extremely responsive and will do anything in his power to make your experience a good one. I think my experience was a rare one, but I must be truthful. I arrived to cigarette smell in my room and dust/trash accumulation under my bed. There was also dust on top of the shelves in my room and in the bathroom (alongside a bath towel that was left in standing water and smelled of mold). I told Sunny, and he automatically sent a cleaning crew to rectify the smell. It was the second day where I found the mess under the bed. He sent another crew immediately when I told him. Outstanding customer service. The other guests were mostly nice. I’d really enjoy if there is a notice curfew for next time. There was 2 separate groups that were loud past midnight. Overall, I think my experience may have been a dud. Sunny is a great host, but the quality was unexpected. I know he will have a better accommodation for the next person 🙌🏼
