Relax with your family at this peaceful place. My place is a spacious 1 BHK with 1 bedroom, a spacious Hall, and a kitchen with induction and cutlery for lite cooking. My space has the capacity to accommodate 3 guests at any given time. Extra mattress is available on request. My building also has lift for guests travelling with luggage. My space is conveniently located with access to near by areas of Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, BKC and Juhu. My space is a 1 BHK apartment which comprises of a Bedroom a spacious hall and a Kitchen. A total of 3 guests can stay. 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the hall where extra Matress will be placed on the floor. The bedroom is equipped with AC, Fan, and an attached bathroom with hot water. There are wardrobes for guest use, and one of them is locked for our use. The hall is equipped with TV, Fan , AC, and a sitting area next to the window followed by a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction and induction cooking vessels for lite cooking. Please note heavy cooking may not be possible for guests staying for long. we also have a water filter for drinking water for guests. The Building has a parking and has a lift as well.

The apartment is well located in Bandra - right next to all of its action, but tucked away in one of its village lanes. It is clean, cosy, and Vickram is very responsive to any questions. Just some small details would make for a comfier stay - both ACs need fixing, a couple more bowls, some instant tea / coffee and sugar would feel thoughtful... No major complaints though, would still recommend this stay!
Great place located in the quiet lanes of Chuim Village in Pali Hill, Bandra. Cafes, restaurants, general stores, wine shops, everything is at a walkable distance with great safety and easy availability to public transport.
The flat was lovely. It has a nice layout and a great vibe. I enjoyed my stay here. Vickram was a very responsive host.
Had a one day stay in this listing. My overall review - I wouldn't choose to stay here the second time. Cons - Bed is uncomfortable and uneven. Utensils and glasses are dirty. Bathroom floor had hair. Old equipment. There is a lot of space in the apartment which could be rearranged in a way to look cozy and clean. May unnecessary and unmaintained things around. Pros - This place has the potential to get better and cleaner. Location is very good. Lot of natural light. This place just needs fresh planning and cleaning. Vickram is very understanding and nice.
Très bon emplacement, logement pratique pour une personne, manque de vaisselle si plus. Manque une théière et un peu de vaisselle . Un torchon … lit un peu dur mais canapé confortable

My space is located next to Union Park road, very close to Carter Road, in Khar/Bandra. The area is filled with eateries and cafes with a lot of good food places around.
There is a long promenade along the carter road coast, for guests who like to stay fit. For food guests can also call deliveries through Zomato and Swiggy.
BKC and Airport is also about 30 mins distance.
Since Bandra/Khar is centrally located, everything is 15-20 mins away such as airport, BKC, Worli sea face. Bandstand is 5- 10 mins walking distance and so is Karter road.
Taxis and Auto Rikshaws are easily available. The same can be booked in Uber Ola App.
