I have tried to contact Salome on multiple days with no response at all. Since we were dependent on a reply to know about the checking procedure, we unfortunately had to cancel our stay and find another accommodation last minute. My conduct was accompanied and supported by Airbnb Support. In all the years using Airbnb I had not encountered such a thing. I cannot therefore rate the actual accommodation itself (in case there ever was one), but advise everyone to contact the host way ahead of time – or do not book at all.

We had no message letting us know any further information about the accommodation. Then when we got there we tried to call Salome but got no reply. We managed to get hold of a lovely lady called Melissa and her husband Kenny who work for the same company but manage a different property (Sumas rest). They were very helpful and gave us a room at their place which was wonderful and we would give it a 5 star rating.
