Very happy they change the door code for each guest. They had cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and really clean/comfy beds. Plenty of towels for everyone to use for our stay with a washer and dryer when needed.

Great place for our families semi annual week vacation. Easy access to the beach or community pool. Very laid back traffic on the road by the complex while we were there. Couple minor items came up while we were there and Taylor was quick to respond in helping get them answered or taken care of. Easy to navigate to from Orlando Airport, up to Cocoa Beach Pier, Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, and more. Only thing not perfectly clear in the listing is that it is on the second floor, so anyone with mobility issues be aware. We will definitely consider this location again if we visit the area in the future.
