Welcome to our modern 2BR guesthouse with a full kitchen and spacious living. Conveniently located, this guesthouse is an 8 minute walk from the local Westfield and a 10 minute walk (or 3 minute bus ride) from Hurstville train station. Enjoy private access to your space. This guesthouse is next to a (primarily vacant) studio and the hosts are conveniently located a couple of minutes away in the same suburb. Your perfect home away from home! This guesthouse is accessible from a side entrance off the main road in the popular and convenient Sydney suburb of Hurstville. The interior has been recently refurbished for comfortable living. The space two bedrooms, one with a dedicated workspace. Both rooms have a double bed with brand new luxurious bedding. There is a full kitchen with all the required amenities including electric induction cooker, microwave, kettle, airfryer, rice cooker and fridge. The main living space is air conditioned, guests have access to a separate laundry room and there is plenty of unlimited on-street parking nearby.

Lisa’s place is very comfortable and as described. Closer to airport and easy bus stop next door for connections to city. Would surely recommend Lisa’s place without hesitation.
We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place! It exceeded our expectations and honestly had everything we could have possibly needed. All the extra touches with endless amenities and essentials really made us feel like Lisa goes above and beyond, and having the washing machine & dryer was also so handy. Everything was very clean, tidy and felt very new. Also great location, 10 minute walk to a huge shopping centre & 15 minute walk to the train station which was very handy for getting into Sydney & very straight forward check in. Would 100% recommend to others or stay again if I ever come back to Sydney. Thank you Lisa :-)
