Staying in this charming Vienna apartment is an absolute delight! From the first moment stepped in, greeted by the elegance of its fine furnishings and the thoughtful touches that adorned every corner. The apartment is beautifully furnished but also remarkably equipped, making the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is simply stunning, nestled in a serene and setting that allowed truly immerse in the beauty of Vienna.The peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood provided a welcome retreat. Moreover, the experience made even more memorable by the kindness and hospitality of the owners. Their warm welcome and genuine care made feel right at home, and their helpful recommendations added an extra layer to the stay. Overall, our time in this exquisite apartment exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it. It is truly a haven of tranquility and luxury in Vienna, and already looking forward to come back.

Roland and Sabrina were very friendly, helpful, and responsive and gave great tips on places to explore in Vienna. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well-renovated. Even the bedsheets were very comfortable and clean, which also gave a hotel level to the quality of the accommodation. The kitchen had basic utensils that were enough for a longer stay when you also often cook at the apartment yourself. The location is well-connected by public transport to other regions of Vienna and one can also reach the city center well by walking about 35 minutes. There are also city bikes one can rent from close by. The neighborhood has a good amount of services and grocery stores, which is perfect especially when staying for a longer time. The street can sometimes be a bit noisy at night, but most of the time it is pretty quiet. I enjoyed my stay and could definitely stay at Sabrina and Roland's place again when visiting Vienna. 😊

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung hatte alles was wir für unseren 5 tägigen Aufenthalt brauchten! Auch Check In und Check Out lief absolut problemlos ab und die Gastgeber kamen uns sehr entgegen und Fragen wurden innerhalb einiger Minuten per Nachrichten beantwortet. Unseren Aufenthalt in Wien haben wir auch aufgrund der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden sie weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft von Roland & Sabine. Die Vorabkommunikation hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Roland hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir konnten flexibel ein und auschecken. Der Check-in hat wie ausgemacht geklappt. Uns hat sogar ein selbst gemachter Plätzchenteller erwartet. Roland hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und stand jeder Zeit für Fragen offen. die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Die Straßenbahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar und fährt einen direkt ins Zentrum. Die Unterkunft war tadellos und sauber :) Von Sabrina haben wir noch eine ganze Liste toller Tipps zu Sightseeing und Restaurants erhalten. Wer mit dem Zug anreist ist vom Westbahnhof mit der Straßenbahn in kürzester Zeit in der Unterkunft. Eine große Weiterempfehlung an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber.

Ο ενοικιαζόμενος χώρος του Ρολαντ και της Σαμπρίνας ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίος,καθαρός,ζεστός κοντά σε μίνι μαρκετ καιι καφέ, εστιατόρια.Ως οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός,αςχολήθηκε με το να μας συστήσει μέρη να πάμε.Επιπλεον η τοποθεσια ήταν παρα πολυ κοντα στο τραμ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακττα .
