Milo & Lance’s place was absolutely wonderful: convenient location, well appointed and incredibly chic decor. Great communication before, during and after my stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at sailor’s den. The space is compact but has everything you need and lots of unique touches. Milo and Lance shared great recommendations for our first visit to Ptown. They were flexible with our checkout time which let us enjoy every minute of our stay. The location is perfectly walkable to Commercial Street but set back a bit for privacy.
Staying here was absolutely wonderful. It’s the perfect place for two. Super cozy and gorgeous. Only thing to note is the front windows face Bradford street so sometimes the traffic is a little bit loud, but mostly super peaceful and still feels very private. 10/10 would recommend ♥️
If you are looking for a peaceful spot where you’ll feel right at home yet be just minutes away from all the adventure of Ptown — stop looking & book this place!! Milo & Lance are excellent, responsive, helpful hosts. And you can not beat this location just steps away from the spirit of Ptown!! My wife & I visited for a weekend and can’t wait to visit again!!

This prime location is just steps away from iconic businesses like Joe Coffee, where many locals begin their mornings. Rent a bike and ride to Herring Cove Beach just one mile away, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for gray seals and humpback whales. Don't miss the buzz of walking down Commercial Street on your way to dinner. Maybe even sit front row at a drag show, just be sure to tip the queens.
