I cannot thank you enough for creating such a special place! It was the perfect spot for us to get away from everything and celebrate my husband’s 50th. It had everything we needed and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The host was so responsive to everything and made some amazing recommendations — especially Frances Money’s chocolate chip cookies that lived up to the hype! She went above and beyond and brought the cookies to the treehouse and helped me write a note for my husband to find when he first walked in. It truly was such a lovely personal touch and so appreciated. We definitely will be back! Thank you ☺️

I took myself and my mother here for my mom’s 68th birthday surprise trip and we had our own little relaxing getaway girls trip - and Jacob & Michele’s No. 4 Blue Sage treehouse canine did just that for us… and then some! Everything was so beautiful… the nature, the surroundings, the exterior of the home, the interior of the home, the house’s decor, the views! We had so much fun, yet had the most relaxing week ever and it was in large thanks to our Airbnb and its hosts. Thank you kindly Jacob & Michele for a truly unique & wonderful experience - and for giving me a beautiful memory to cherish of spending time with my mother. It means the most. Will be back again!!!

We stayed at No.4 Treehouse at Blue Sage and it was so perfect! The treehouse was very clean, so well decorated, and included everything they had listed. It’s a beautiful property and place! We will definitely book here again in the future!

Jacob's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy bedding to the heated bathroom floors. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat to unwind. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing local tips and recommendations that enhanced our experience in Fredericksburg. Beautiful house!! The weekend was so relaxing! Loved the distance from town. Close enough to run in for meals, shopping or groceries but also far enough to enjoy the peaceful, quiet countryside. Price was great! Bed was so comfortable. Kitchen was perfect. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!
