Top 3 Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Maybe the best. Very clean, decorated nice, cozy comfortable bed, quite neighborhood and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it!

This place was better than the pics , super clean, lots of space in main room and everything looked brand new. The design choices in the space are super cute as well, kudos to owners for their design eye! New fav place in nashville!

Lexies place was extremely cute! All the added details and little touches were an added bonus like the welcome sign. Cute little toiletries I case you forgot anything. Board games were also available. For us, this place was centrally located to our dance competition stuff we were there for and doing the tourist things. We were also able to rent another house 5 doors down for the rest of our family/friends so that was extremely convenient. Her communication was excellent. She does live on the bottom floor, and I’m not sure if I missed that info. However, it didn’t bother us much at all. There are restaurants, target, CVS, and groceries stores close by. I would highly recommend this Ute little place.

Lexie's place was perfect for our family getaway to Nashville! The location was ideal - tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to downtown (less than a 15-minute drive). The house itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the on-site parking, which was a big plus. Thanks, Lexie, for providing a wonderful home base for our Nashville adventure!

Beautiful Airbnb! Perfect for our family and only 2 minutes from an awesome restaurant- Nectar Urban Cantina - smoothies, coffee, tacos. Lexie was super friendly, responded quickly and the home was beautiful, updated and clean. We will definitely book this Airbnb next time we’re in town!
