Val’s home was perfect for a girls weekend. The instructions were very clear and she was extremely responsive. After a busy day at the New York Botanical Gardens, Fordham University and Arthur Avenue, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the Hudson River. The apartment had everything we needed. I highly recommend Val’s home.
This place was just as listed, perfectly suited my needs. Val and Joue were very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and private. I love Yonkers and this was within quick driving distance to anywhere I needed to go. I was able to easily hop on the metro to get into the city and felt comfortable on my way home as well. I did know that there were upstairs neighbors, just didn’t expect it to feel so close. It took a little getting used to, as I felt compelled not to disturb them. The shower had a bit of a learning curve, but was so worth it! I highly recommend this listing and hope I get a chance to visit it again. Thank you to Val and Josue.
Great Airbnb! Rented with some friends to go into city for a few days. Great sunset views of Hudson River. Very modern bathroom w/ hot tub. the house was less than a mile from Greystone Metro north stop for train to Grand Central and Yankee Stadium. Val great host & very communicative!
Really loved this place the balcony view was very nice. Beautiful house. Squeaky clean. Felt just like home. Nice neighborhood as well. Would definitely be booking again when the weather is warmer.
