Terrific place! Fantastic location. Nick went above and beyond. Super clean and well equipped. Design was modern minimalist as advertised and appliances top of the line (Sub Zero etc). Nick had great local knowledge and recommendations. Incredibly responsive and attentive. I’d give him 5-1/2 stars if I could. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place is spacious and in a great location. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. Overall I can recommend staying here

This was an incredible place! I would definitely return back and Nick was an awesome host. He was always super responsive and friendly. The place was super modern and clean, more than enough space and well worth the price. There plenty to do in the area, plenty of restaurants, bars, beautiful walks, nearby Walgreens, etc. All within walking distance! I will definitely return to Nick when I come to the Bay again and highly recommend it to anyone that’s looking.

Great location with an even better host. Nick was super accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. It was a perfect place for my colleague and I. We were there for a conference and had a great area in the living room to work in before we head out for the day. Located near the border of Chinatown and North Beach; Good dim sum around the corner, great restaurants and some bars if that’s your go to. You get a little bit of everything. The place itself is very amenable for a small family or if you’re just traveling friends. And don’t forgot to hit the Vallejo stairs in AM. Simply walk up the block for a fantastic view of the Bay Bridge, a great way to start the day,
