The Mulligan house was perfect! It was private with beautiful views and still close to the downtown port area. The family room was huge and it was a great separate area for our boys to play, while we enjoyed quiet time in the main area of the house. The home was spotless and included all the amenities you’d need in a home away from home. The home could easily host a large family or families, or a multi family/friend gathering, especially with multiple primary suites all with their own bathrooms. The property was beautiful and secluded, it made for a wonderful outing, walking around the bogs. Ashley and Joe were great hosts, attentive and thorough, and available if we needed anything (which we didn’t, the home was perfect!). They provided great recommendations for things to do in the area, and restaurants, especially child friendly outings. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, we will definitely be making this our spot for future trips to the area!

Our group of 11 ladies thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the house, in spite of the mostly rainy weather. Joseph is an outstanding host. The setting, a mile out a gravel road from Rt. 101, is quiet and peaceful. The house has lots of windows with beautiful views of the woods, the cranberry bogs and the fog. The house was spotless when we arrived. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, and each has direct access to a bathroom. Our first evening there, we discovered the refrigerator wasn't cooling, and called Joseph. He quickly came over and checked the refrigerator, listening to our input, and decided it was best to replace it. He brought over large ice chests with ice to tide us over, and bought a new refrigerator, which he and a team delivered and installed the next morning, having asked us which would be the least disruptive time to do so. We were so touched by Joseph’s responsiveness, kindness and determination to make things right, and that added to the joy of our stay.

Our stay was great. Instructions were clear. Easy to find. Private. Beautiful, clean home. Lots of room for plenty of guests. Very nice owners.

Joseph’s house was amazing. We had a 10 person bachelor party there while we took on Bandon Dunes golf. The house was beautiful with plenty of space. It was very secluded so we didn’t have to worry about neighbors if we were up late at night. It was a great experience and absolutely worth the price. I 10/10 with recommend staying here. Joseph was a great communicator through the whole thing and I won’t hesitate to reach back out to him next time we come back.

Couldn’t have been better. This home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Joseph was very responsive and helpful. The location was amazing. It was super private with no neighbors for miles it seemed! Great for larger groups. I would 100% recommend staying here and I can’t wait to return.
