You can also enjoy walking, jogging, or simply relaxing amidst nature. Many medical facilities and clinics are nearby. This upscale stylish apartment offers a relaxing and very comfortable stay. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This open concept floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen for the traveling chef and ample counter space with a 4-seater bar. There is also a 4-seater dining table with adjustable leafs for anyone wanting to sit to enjoy a meal. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and each with its own en suite. The smaller bedroom has a door to the bathroom. From the balcony guests can enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape, including the downtown area and nearby landmarks. You will have unobstructed views, allowing you to appreciate the beauty and charm of South Bend.

Lovely, clean and modern place. The TV fire stick was not working which was a little irksome but Charmaine was helpful in troubleshooting. Overall, great stay! Thank you ☺️
Charmaine’s place was the perfect spot for my wife and I on her birthday weekend, it was important we had a nice spot to come back to every day and relax, reflect and rest, this was it! We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go directly from Charmaine’s place; great parks, restaurants, East Race, St. Joseph River, etc. were right at our doorstep. We loved Howard Park, Cafe Navarre, and walking in my wife’s old neighborhood up LaSalle. We also easily drove around downtown, neighborhoods along the river, and Notre Dame campus. We loved coming back to this home for a quick refresh, and then walking back to a bar or restaurant, or retiring for the evening (hit the 1st floor market!) stepping onto the patio and lounging in the living room with the breeze blowing in. We slept great, showers are wonderful, we didn’t hear a single neighbor around us, very solid, quiet and safe building with private parking and FOB-access elevators to your floor. Can’t recommend enough, we’ll be back!
The place was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Charmaine was a great host and was super helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again!
