The entire first floor of this beautifully restored home has been converted into your private apartment. Located in the heart of historic Capital Hts you'll be a 5min drive or 15min walk to all downtown attractions, Maxwell AFB, and the new white water park. With public parks in two directions your family or small group will love it. We'd be honored to host you. 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, and sleeper sofas allow for up to 6 guests by rule.

Lovely home, very clean and spacious
Justin was a responsive and friendly host. The place was as pictured and described. There was a lot of noise at night from the upstairs due to movement (walking around, dropping items, etc) that would not work well for light sleepers. It was a beautiful home, easy to get to and worth its value. Justin also provided local recommendations as well and was responsive to questions.
Great place, designed well, very updated, and comforting. I will definitely recommend to stay here.
It was a great place for my friends to stay for a symposium we had to attend. Even when we couldn’t get in due to some discrepancies on the check in, Justin was able to respond in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. The water pressure could be better, however, the house was still very comfortable. We would rebook again for next year! Thank you.

One of the city’s first neighborhoods founded in the early 1900’s. It was actually its own city for a short time. A community of long time home owners and blue collar working folk, along with those of us who like living in the city center
