Le domaine est magnifique, l’emplacement pratique pour visiter la toscane, sienne, Pienza, Montepulciano, etc, même si le village, ainsi que les villages à proximité immédiates sont très peu animés même en pleine saison. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus et très beaux, la piscine est très belle et on apprécie avoir son transat dédié pendant le séjour. L’appartement est joli, typique, mais un peu chargé en décoration. Il est cependant charmant. L’équipement de la cuisine est un peu limite notamment en qualité. Il était propre dans l’ensemble même si nous avons quand même dû relaver les verres en arrivant. Avoir sa petite terrasse personnelle est agréable, dommage qu’elle donne directement sur les toilettes de l’appartement d’en face, pas très discret…

WOW! This villa is magical! The villa, and grounds are just so lovely and really make you feel like you’re in the heart of Tuscany. The pool is huge! The outdoor seating areas and playground for the kids were fantastic for early mornings with our two young children, away from the main villa and other guests who may have still been sleeping. We also enjoyed our breakfasts, afternoons and dinner in the outdoor seating areas. Sadly we couldn’t work out how to use the jacuzzi as there was a plastic guard over the on/off button. It appeared you may have had to insert a token to use it, which we were not issued with. We had enquired with the host, and didn’t get a response. No doubt this wasn’t intentional, and potentially overlooked. There are approximately 6 different rooms in the shared villa accommodation. Please be aware there will be other families staying in the same venue. Ours was a two storey, which was separate to the main villa. This was nice, as we were hoping for privacy. The stairs were slightly dangerous for our children. We kept a light on at night as one room was downstairs and the sofa bed upstairs. We made do, and it all worked out. The location is very convenient to Lucignano and Montepulciano. We recommend a gelato and wander in the medieval town of Lucignano. We also had a lovely private estate tour, tasting and dinner at Agricola Fabbriche Parma! Ask for Andrea or Guiliano. We visited Palazzo Vecchio’s restaurant (further down from their main winery) La Dogana. Amazing outdoor view, wine tasting and degustation - incredibile! Overall a lovely Tuscan experience in this amazing villa! Grazie Michela xx

My husband and I spent a week at this vacation home. We had the one unit that did not share any walls with the rest of the 4 units. It's great for a couple! We had are own outdoor sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with recently renovated appliances. There was even an oven! Counter space was lacking but we just used the table which was fine. Michela was quick to respond. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We were able to swim in the pool at the beginning of September but it started getting too cold towards the end of our stay. We were able to visit wineries in Montepulciano and it's also very close to chianti region as well. We took day trips to Florence and Siena. The bed was big but not the most comfortable (slightly sank in the middle) but it was ok for a short time. There are restaurants close by and also a grocery store just 15 minutes away in Sinalunga. There are some nice short hikes as well just walking distance from the place which also looked like great mountain bike trails.
