A welcoming home-base for your time in nyc, and all are welcome! Master bedroom in 3br apt where my very chill dog and I have lived comfortably for many years. - 1st floor (no stairs!) on quiet street (no noise!) - Great neighborhood, tons of access, public transportation, 20 mins door-to-door to downtown manhattan - the room boasts multiple mood lighting options, a pretentious book selection and a goth paint job (room was gonna be a home theater 🍿) Your stay will be in the master bedroom which is opposite the side of the apt where I reside. The room has a queen sized bed - a sofa bed upgraded with a sturdy baseboard and a full layer of memory foam over the mattress (it is legit super comfortable). The room does not have its own AC but there is one in the main room that is on 24/7 during warmer months keeping the apt cool. The room itself has two fans and the entry is equipped with a dog gate so you’d be able to have the door open and cool down the room should you want to for any length of time. Upon entry to the apt you’ll see a multi-purpose living room/dining room/ kitchen with locked door access to the backyard. The bathroom is small, as typical of nyc bathrooms, but perfectly accommodating and practical, the shower has great water pressure and a detachable shower head. There is a half bathroom in the basement as well as a weight bench and other home exercise equipment. Only upstairs neighbors who are quiet and friendly. This is my home and, unlike a hotel or some of these other listings masquerading as homes but are more like flophouses where multiple bedrooms in the same place are rented out as separate listings for some offsite sublet manager, it has the warmth and character of a home.
