We absolutely loved Anchors Away Abode. We came into town for a marathon on the B&A Trail and the location was perfect for us. We are all about prepping our own food and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The home is incredibly charming. Given the marathon component we needed functionality along with comfort and the home did not disappoint. The beds and linens were so cozy with private full baths attached to each main bedroom and a half bathroom available to accommodate the downstairs bedroom. We travel with our dogs and the spaciousness of the home, especially the basement, allowed us the storage area necessary for their crates, tubs and such. The fenced/secure yard was the perfect size for the pups to romp but not too big for us to be concerned about their whereabouts. The host was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in as well as mailing us a lid we forgot behind. Highly recommend Anchors Away Abode.

This was the perfect spot for a getaway! Would definitely recommend checking out this spot if you’re in the Annapolis area!

This is a great location, very close to the United States Naval Academy. I came here with a student group and we made use of the common dining table/kitchen to have dinner 'in' each night, then get to USNA within minutes each morning. Quiet residential neighborhood (but also very close to Target for a quick run for toiletries or whatever)
