A ideal location less then 10 minutes away from Clemson University & 15 - 20 minutes away from the Beautiful SC lakes! There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Clemson on Game Days! The shuttle will start the pick up 3 hours before the game & will run the whole game, it will return you back to the entrance of the housing development up to 2 hours after the game is over. It is FREE! The home has a cozy living area, 3 full size bed rooms, & a pull out sofa. 1 half bath downstairs, & 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill style! Kitchen area is very equipped with all necessary needs! Additionally we have a community pergola right outside the back doors, that has seating & fireplaces! (Pool will be open next summer)

This place is by far the best option if you are visiting the upstate area! You are in close proximity to local towns such as Central, Historical Pendleton, and of course the notoriously known Clemson University. This is the place to be to experience the slow paced and calm life of southern living and hospitality. The home was superb and went above any expectations. Cleanliness and the simplicity of southern charm is what you will get in this beautiful home with updated appliances and modern design. This home is set in a quiet and newly built subdivision and located in prime location. The hosts are the nicest people and available to help with any needs in a rapid response time! If you are to visit the upstate and want to get the best of both worlds I highly recommend this beautiful home. This listing is a prime example of. Hidden gem and I will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

*Noted before* We have onsite parking in the driveway, that will hold 4 cars. Additional parking will be on the side of the road, please be aware of other houses & driveways.
