Perfect location if you want to be close to old quebec but also still feel like you're on a cottage vacation! 3 minutes from the falls, 10 minutes from Old Quebec and right around the corner from the bridge to Ile d'Orleans. There's also a lovely bike path behind the place that runs alon the water. Would 10/10 come back!

This property along with 2 or 3 attached units seem to be professionally managed rentals. The place was as described and seemed adequate for two adults and a teenager. The host was responsive and the place had everything you needed. A few things to be aware of: 1. The property is right on the road with no other residential builds around it. Early morning traffic won't let you stay in bed for long. One of the nights, the snow ploughs got us up around 2 AM with all the noise and road scraping. 2. Parking at the property after snow is a challenge if other vehicles are parked. Instructions for our specific unit were not very clear. None of these should be an issue if there is no snow. 3. Would have liked TV instructions in English too. Were snowed in one afternoon and had a hard time figuring out the settings/channels on the small TV. 4. No Bathroom ventilation. You need to wait outside until the stink is gone or use a spray freshener. The host was responsive to all our queries.
