amazing place for a cute little weekend getaway! lots of excellent hiking and biking trails within twenty minutes but honestly would’ve been fine not leaving the property as it was truly an oasis! also the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the place was incredibly clean and beautiful! the cutest dogs were also on property and was the cherry on top of an already wonderful weekend!

We loved our stay in the A Frame and the friendly neighbor dogs were an extra bonus! They came down to visit us both nights. We had rain during our stay so relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the rain on the metal roof was very relaxing and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a stop on your way across the country or just a weekend getaway this would be the place for you. It’s about 35-40 minutes from Hot Springs.

Tons of space! Very peaceful, secluded and private. Bathroom shower was great and we loved the hot tub of course. There was a unique noise that came from the roof of the A frame, just temperature fluctuating causing the metal to “pop” from time to time but it adds to the authentic history of the space. Nothing crazy or would cause us to not stay again. It was everything we expected and needed on our eclipse trip. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed for a short Girls' Trip, and we absolutely loved it! The location is very quiet and out of the way, which is exactly what we wanted. We brought puzzles, logged into Netflix, and bought some easy-to-cook food from the Dollar General about 10 minutes down the road. At the end, we didn't want to leave. We absolutely plan to come back next year and not even go into town. We'll hang out, get great rest (bed and sofa pull-out were extremely comfortable), and enjoy the peace and quiet!
