Such a great place to stay! Super clean, plenty of room for our girl’s trip weekend, & comfy beds. We loved that is was a short drive to campus, Magnolia, & downtown. Instructions on how to check in & out were very precise, suggestions on things to do were an additional bonus! Thank you for having us! We really enjoyed your place!

Larry was SUPER responsive, friendly, and an overall pleasure to work with. His place is absolutely adorable, spacious, and exactly what I needed for my short stay in Waco. The place was so cute, cozy, and quiet. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area, it's great! 😀

My daughter’s, grandaughter, a friend of mine and her daughter took a quick trip to Waco for the weekend. We were wanting something spacious with a hot tub close to the silos and this met all of the criteria. Very cute and spotless. Looked just like the photos. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in Waco with our family and grandparents. The place was cozy and accommodating for everyone— and the beds were very comfortable too. Great location.
