When it comes to Northumberland accommodation, Levante Cottage is as good as it gets - enjoying an enviable location just a few metres from the beautiful horseshoe-shaped Beadnell Bay, with panoramic sea views from its unique lounge area on the second floor. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located right next to the historic stone lime kilns (now owned by the National Trust) in the charming fishing village of Beadnell. When you stay in any of our cosy Beadnell cottages, you’ll get access to all the amenities of home. With two great pubs serving food in the village, as well as a general store nearby, this property is ideally situated for exploring the local delights this quaint Northumberland village has to offer. Boasting a number of unique features as well as close proximity to the beach, Levante Cottage is a fantastic choice for holidays with the family or a group of friends, all year round. Among the many features currently offered in Levante Cottage, you’ll find free guest Wi-Fi, a wood burning stove and off-road parking - as well as the additional lounge on the newly refurbished second floor. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Northumberland Coast! There’s also a new en-suite shower room joined to the master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk room. The brand new family bathroom has a shower over the bath - plus a combi boiler for instant hot water. Lovely cottage in an amazing spot right on the quay in Beadnell Bay. Walk out of the door and straight onto the beach. Cozy, clean and nicely decorated interior with comfy beds and furniture. The loft extension "snug" is an amazing place to sit and watch the sea coming in and out, and the sunsets were stunning. There were a few plumbing and kitchen appliance issues which the local support team helped to sort very quickly (thank you) but it does feel that the place needs a bit of maintenance in that department. When booking, take care to double-check your dates. We got the start date wrong by one day and Holiday Cottages point-blank refused to allow us to change it, preferring to leave the house empty than take our money for the extra day. They blamed AirBnB - AirBnB tried to help us but said it was HC that was preventing it. This tainted an otherwise lovely stay in a beautiful spot.
