My cozy studio is set in a newly developed area, just 7 minutes by car to the city centre (Palas Shopping Centre). The building was finished in 2019 & all the furniture is brand new. It is close to everything! Iulius Mall is just 2 minutes away, stores, cafes just around the corner. ⋆ FREE parking ⋆ FREE high speed Wi-fi ⋆ Smart TV + cable ⋆ A/C ⋆ microwave oven ⋆ large fridge ⋆ washing machine ⋆ large balcony with a view The entire studio is available for you. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 2, the living room area/sleeping area with the most comfortable sofa bed and the hallway with a closet for clothing & shoes. The place also has a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs and a cool view over the city. It’s perfect for you morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Condiții foarte bune de cazare, apartament bine dotat, zonă bună. Vom mai reveni și cu alte ocazii!
Overall the stay was great. Place is clean and the location is very good. You have all you need around and it is easy to reach the city center. Only thing I would add is that the parking isn’t really on premise as stated. You have to park at the supermarket next to the place or on the street.
Apartament curat și modern, ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Even though the building is set in a quiet residential area, it is just a short walk away from everything you might need: Iulius Mall, Palas Mall, grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stop
You can easily travel by taxi or by Uber, or you can take a bus which is just a 5 minute walk away. (200m)
