This is a well located flat for a short stay in Holborn. It has most of what you need and the fruit basket and milk, beverages and cereals available were appreciated. The flat is clean and in a quiet street, but it suffers from being in a block in which noisy construction works and a dusty entrance detract from the place.

L’appartement est joliment décoré et il y a tout ce qu’il faut à disposition, même le café et céréales du matin avec des fruits. Il est d’une propreté impeccable avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. La literie en très bon état. Bref un des plus agréable logement que nous ayons réservé. Un grand merci à l’épouse de Stoyan pour son adorable accueil.

I loved this apartment. It was very clean, all new kitchen, bathroom, floor, decor and much bigger than the photos show. Lots of room for morning yoga and a good workspace, fast wifi. Everything you could need - hairdryer, nespresso, multiple coffee capsules, milk cereal, fruit. Great great location - very quiet, and just a short walk to Covent Garden. Was travelling alone to visit daughter at uni and felt very safe too. Stoyan was quick to respond to message - I needed to change my check in time which was no problem and he got back to me immediately and also carried my bag up the short flight of stairs to this first floor place. Just great. Highly recommend.

Compact and efficient studio, well located near Queen's Square. It's. bit quiet if approached from the Holborn side, so approaching it from Queen's Square is advised. Clean, well furnished, spotless linen and well equipped kitchen. Stoyan was helpful and went out of the way to accommodate all requests and inquiries.

We had a great stay at Stoyan’s place. Very good location, very good hosts. Place was very clean and convenient for 2-3 people. Amenities were clean and working perfectly. Also, there were fruits and basic needs for meals. Thank for the great stay.
