Rishawn was so helpful and responsive. The place was perfect for our stay. The location was perfect ! Very Clean! The beds were SUPER comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

At check-in, the home did not smell, look or feel clean. The floors were obviously dirty, there was a weird smell throughout the house and gnats were constantly flying around us. The A/C filter was not even placed on the vent, which I'm sure didn't help! When I brought the concern to Rishawn, she was quick to respond, super nice and since we weren't going to be at the house, she sent the cleaning crew back out that afternoon. When we got back later that night, it did smell better, but didn't feel like it was freshly cleaned at all. I went to shower and the gnats were still such a huge problem, esp in the hall bathroom. I walked directly across the hall and sat in the bed. I was instantly grossed out with how dirty I felt just by my feet touching the floor for that short period of time. I turned on the lamp and you could see the dirt, hair, and several dead bugs right near the nightstand, showing that it was obviously not thoroughly cleaned before. Someone clearly isn't doing their job!
