Pictures of house are heavily edited so please do your research The area around the house did not feel safe No working smoke detectors. Upstairs smoke detector was completely missing and batteries were hanging out of the downstairs smoke detector so we weren’t sure if it worked or not. Bulb covers for ceiling lights full of dead bugs. Toaster in kitchen disgusting As soon as I walked in the house, the downstairs area had a smell. No garbage cans in bathrooms Check out instructions said to load dishwasher but we couldn’t find one in the house. At least 1 of the bathrooms was very small and should have been a half bath due to the lack of space. House needs a deep clean. The house is very spacious which is a plus and has great potential but not fully ready to be in the AirBNB market. The whole house felt mismatched. We even found leftover trash behind a night stand in one of the downstairs bedrooms. This experience has made consider hotel only trips in the future.

Grove Park is a neighborhood that is being gentrified. It is close to a lot ofgood restaurants and activities on the west side of Atlanta. The house is on a busy street and there is a fence that surrounds the entire property. Though it’s on a busy street, there is enough parking for about 4, maybe 5 vehicles on pavement. The space accommodated for our needs. It is an old home that has been moderately renovated. If you’re looking for a really nice place, this isn’t it. But if you need a place that is continently located and can house a good amount of people, this can do the job.

Alexandra and her team went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were able to carter for our needs when we had minor issues very quickly. Their ability to be flexible to our needs speaker for their value for customer and building great relationships. The home is very beautiful and spacious enough to house over 12+ guests. With easy check in and check out processes. House is located very close to the Airport and downtown. I will highly recommend this property to other guest in the future. As a super host myself, it’s easy to identify great management when you see one. This is definitely a must visit. Thanks Alex for making my stay memorable.
