We come to town often for business. This house has beautiful backyard view of the water. Location & area were great. Easy access to the highway w/o being inside busy or noisy areas. Simple route to the Century II. The mattresses, bedding, & towels left a lot to be desired. Don't forget to bring shower supplies. I did forget this time, & luckily my daughter remembered hers. Carpet in the master is really stained, worn, pulling from the carpet tacks, & smelly. Free of clutter, but not the cleanest. We didn't utilize the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked. Host seems very responsive. We didn't reach out other than to extend a day as our business in town wasn't completed. He quickly opened the calendar & allowed a day's extension. The basement provided security when storms came through. We were able to park 2 cars in the garage. It really needs a deep cleaning. If the carpet was fixed, I may stay again. However, it would need to be cheaper than what we paid.

We booked Jose's property for our Family Christmas/New Year's Eve Celebration this year and it was perfect! There was plentyof space for all of us to visit and even play a few games. The kitchen is lovely and spacious and we sat up everything buffet style across the counter that separates the dining room from the kitchen so little hands couldn't reach! All the kid cousins had a blast in the basement pretty much the entire time with the pool/ping pong table, piano, and the karaoke machine. And don't get me started on the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom!!! The neighborhood is quiet and we slept like babies in the comfy beds. I dream of someday having a home that is this organized and beautiful. Thank you Jose for letting us borrow your gorgeous house for the weekend!! Definitely recommend 10/10!

I was looking for a place for my husband and I to stay while we were in Wichita visiting. I wanted a place big enough with plenty of seating so my family that lived in Wichita could all get together with us. This was the perfect place since it had two living areas and the pool table and dart board were nice to have available for the grandkids. My husband enjoyed the sound system with the TV. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen. The location was nice with the view of the lake. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Super clean and decorated nicely.

Everything was perfect. We love that our dogs could be with us. And our sons love fishing and playing games in the basement.
