The compound was safe/secure. Very beautiful from the outside. Dèssirée Y Daniele we’re kind and helpful. There were a few tiny hiccups, for example the WiFi information listed on the door wasn’t accurate. However the host came over right away to fix it. Strong WiFi >>. They were kind, responsive & accommodating which I greatly appreciate. I will say the upstairs loft’s ceiling was dusty which triggered my allergies. The host was made aware of this, so I don’t foresee it being an ongoing issues for future guests. Also they made a few minor changes to the decor like table cloths & plant placements, which made the unit look slightly different from the pictures. They were kind enough to refer restaurants and help us with a flexible checkout. My family and I had a long layover & needed a place to stay for the night. This was a good stay for what we needed it for. I would recommend Dèssirée Y Daniele as good hosts.

The host is very responsive, and will even offer to arrange for you a 50 euro ride from the airport to this place, but the place is very disappointing. It needs a complete makeover. It appears that the last investment was done ages ago. The smell from the basement is terrible - and this is an open space with stairs. Beware families with children who are prone to allergies. The beds were clean but very uncomfortable and the pillows were excessively firm. It's a pity, for the first time ever, I was deceived by reviews about this place. We were welcomed not by the host but by the cleaning lady who asked for 40 euros upfront, and played dumb when we told her via "google translation" that the host had told us that we needed to pay 30 euros upon check in. Supposedly she called the host and then said "ok, ok". I'm not sure if it was a real call or if she just pretended.

Le logement était conforme à la description, Dèssirée E Daniele sont très gentils, de bons conseils et disponible facilement. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, le logement est bien situé et est très calme. Nous vous le recommandons ☺️☺️
