The second bedroom has a three-quarter double bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms are comfortable singles. There’s also a lovely, well-appointed family bathroom on the ground floor. A separate door from the garden leads into the utility room: the ideal place to leave wet suits and towels after a day on the beach! A staircase leads to the light and spacious open plan living/dining room - with a glass door opening onto a large balcony with a table and chairs, showcasing spectacular views over the dunes towards the sweeping sandy bay. Families with small children should be aware when considering this property that the door to the balcony leads directly from the living area, and that the living area is open plan from the staircase. (Children must be supervised at all times on the balcony area). Upstairs in Dunes View, you’ll find a bright, modern kitchen with all the facilities you’d expect to find in any home. The property has a large, private, lawned garden - with a gate leading directly out onto the dunes and the beach beyond. This is the ideal space for children to play and adults to relax in the sun with a refreshing drink - and you’ll also benefit from ample off-road parking at the front of the property, with space for up to four cars. Enjoy a tranquil walk to Low Newton-by-the-Sea, where you can sample delicious local food and beers from the micro brewery. An excellent base for those interested in geology and bird watching, Beadnell also offers convenient access to boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour.
