My family had an amazing week. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the room and location. I would highly recommend staying here.
Overall, everything was good except for the following: 1. The microwave was small, old, and rusty. We requested a replacement, which the property manager promptly did with a new one the next day. 2. The food disposal was not working on the fifth day of our stay; the stovetop vent was very weak, which made it difficult to cook. We reached out to the property manager but did not get a response. A couple of days later, I called him for instructions to check out the following day. I mentioned that he never responded to my text a few days back regarding our concerns. He said he was off. It would have been nice for him to let us know that he was off and provide the contact information of the covering person. He stopped by to fix the food disposal on Saturday, but we were leaving that evening anyway, so it didn't matter. 3. If you were not careful when pulling it out, the dishwasher top rack kept coming off, causing dishes to fall everywhere. This should be fixed. Thank you.
Join every minutes staying. view is fantastic
My family of four stayed here and had no complaints. The two twin beds were comfortable. The location was perfect 10 minute walking distance to Ala Moana center and a 25 minute walk to the strip. The view was breathtaking to wake up to everyday! We only ran into a small issue with the shower handle but the property manager was quick at responding back and fixing the problem. Having free parking is also a plus. Overall, def will come back and stay again.
The apartment is the same as what shown on website. The view is amazing especially sunset. The location is great. Free parking place is also very good for self-driving. As the hotel was built 50 years ago. It’s not so modern and tidy compared with those new hotels. But it still is a good choice.
