Welcome to the vibrant city of Taipei! Our apartment is designed by ourselves (my wife and I) with love and attention. We have moved close by and are offering it out to AirBNB guests. -99m2 (approx 1000 ft2) with small front terrace. -Centrally located yet private location around park. restaurants directly below in the same building, as well as literally across the street. - Major Shopping within 3-4 minutes (Sogo, both Fuxing and Zhongxiao) and Breeze Center. Contact me prior to booking The apartment has an open kitchen, living room, and front terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one attached to master bedroom, the other between master and guest bedrooms. Available sleeping areas are: - Master Bedroom: Queen size bed (sleeps 2) - Guest Room: Pull out day bed, full size (sleeps 2) - Sofa in Living Room (sleeps 1) There is also a back balcony which has laundry machine and retractable clothes hangers to be able to do laundry for extended stays.

Paul was a super gracious host and the location was perfect for our group.
It was a delight coming home to Paul's apartment every day. We stayed as a family of 3 and our daughter loved having her own room with a big bed to roll around on. The home looks exactly as it does in its photos, which is to say it was absolutely beautiful and clearly designed, maintained and curated with love. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we could ever need for our holiday (including a full kitchen, bathtub, strong showers and washing machine!). Paul was also very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations to get us started. The area is vibrant and safe and very walkable and easy to get around and get to. One of our best experiences at an AirBNB and we recommend it 100%!
Paul’s place is very nice place to stay in Taipei. There’s a lot of restaurant around here you can walk nearbly, many viriation of foods (American, Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Indian, etc.), mostly are open at noon till night, also the SOGO department stores are 5 mins walk, so there’s not desolate at all. The room was so suit with us, there’ve elevator and terrace. Also Paul was very helpful and responsible. Recommend who looking for a place like home while travelling!

Very centrally located. Restaurants and shops all around. 3-4 min walking distance to major shopping in SOGO both Fuxing and Zhongxiao, as well as Breeze Center.
Amazing Italian pasta restaurant called Fermi directly downstairs as well as Australian Fusion bistro called Canvas kitty corner. Both recommended. Little Creatures is a great gastro pub around the corner which is also perfect for families
Paid parking available directly downstairs or two blocks away in Civic Boulevard underground public parking lot. Parking is about NT 50 per hour.
3-4 walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing Metro station which can get you anywhere in Taipei.
Uber and Taxis are also very easy to use in Taipei
