With the tram, it's only 5 stops to the city. -> 33 sqm renovated apartment -> Central location, 10-15 minutes to the city -> 1 bedroom, living, and dining area, bathroom with shower -> Smart TV, WIFI, Netflix -> Washing machine -> Free parking space for your car ☆ "Spacious, modernly furnished, and sparkling clean apartment with excellent amenities!" Our beautiful 33 sqm apartment features a bedroom with a king-size double bed. The living area with a small built-in kitchen invites you to cook and relax. WIFI and Smart TV are wonderful for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen area has a small dining table where all guests can find a seat. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, a sink, and, of course, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Naturally, there is also ample crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The renovated bathroom has a large shower, a sink, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a washing machine available, which can be used free of charge. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via the staircase. Access to the apartment is via a Smart Lock.

Gepflegte und neuwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Sehr bequemes großes Bett
Positives: Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Anzeige. Die Check-In Variante war sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft war sauber, Ordentlich und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung war super. Perfekt für maximal 2 Personen. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind Top. Sowohl vor der Tür genug platz als auch eine Extra Parkfläche vorhanden. Die Anbindung ohne Auto für Zb. Unternehmungen in die Stadt sind super. Maximal 5min Fußweg zur Bahn. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach und schnell. Negatives: Leider hatten wie sehr starke Internet Probleme. Das W-Lan war sehr langsam und teilweise war die Verbindung weg. Handys verbinden und Fernsehen konnten wir somit nicht. Der TV konnte sich nicht verbinden . Kann aber auch Zufall bzw. Pech gewesen sein das es bei uns nicht ging. Haben dem Vermieter per SmS geschrieben gehabt. Er antwortete recht schnell mit Hilfe Stellungen die leider aber nichts brachten. Weiter Hilfe kam nicht was verständlich war da es über die Weihnachtstage war.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und ich kann die hübsche kleine Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Magdeburg!
Eine kleine, feine, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Meine Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In the city center, you'll find great shopping opportunities (such as the Allee Center) and many charming cafes and restaurants. The well-known Hundertwasserhaus and the cathedral are worth a visit. The sports stadiums and the beautiful Elbauenpark should also not be missed during a trip to Magdeburg.
Arriving by car is the most convenient option. Right next to the apartment, we offer a free parking space. The central train station (HBF) and central bus station (ZOB) are also easily accessible within a maximum of 20 minutes by bus or train.
