The hosts are great, don't get me wrong Giorgio and Giusi are lovely people. The chalet is being let down by its location. I would describe it as basic, the garden and outdoor space is OK but nothing spectacular. Yes there is the hot tub but we've only used it once, waited 2 hours for water to get hot still was not. PROs: cost, fairly cheap CONs: Location, it's out of town, no shops within walking distance and you're in the middle of nowhere. We had a car and it's a 15-20 min drive to centre of Galipolli Noise - next to a very busy road, noisy neighbours, every morning a neighbour starts cutting grass, neighbour opp has 5 dogs who start barking early in the morning or sometime all night. Decor feels old - it's very basic in need of modernization Upon arrival you are asked to ''sign'' a contract that limits you to a 10kw perday and pay €20 perperson for sheets and towels, there is no shower gel . We were aware of all this, would prefer if included. We would not return.

Merci à Giusi et Giorgio pour ce séjour exceptionnel. Nous voyageons avec notre chien l'accueil et le lieu ont été parfait. Le jardinet privé, le jacuzzi, la literie, la propreté du logement et des hôtes d'une gentillesse incroyable 😊. a très bientôt

Giusi’s place is comfortable and as described. Location is good, very close to Gallipoli. Giusi and her husband are friendly host and supportive. Nevertheless, we didn’t appreciate their policy to charge 20€ each person for linens and towels which are not included . At our arrival we didn’t find toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo neither. After our report, they brought toilet paper to us. Honestly, we didn’t feel very comfortable with this attitude and lack of welcoming. Also we didn’t feel okay with the limit of 30 kW to use during our stay they imposed us. Additional kW usage is charged €0,50 cents extra. First night we wanted to use jacuzzi, but fuse got burnt and we couldn’t use it. Very sad about that. We would have been glad to pay more during the booking and avoid this unnecessary situation while we are just trying to enjoy our holidays and not thinking about these essential things that should be included.
