This two-room apartment with terrace can accommodate up to 3 people. Great location just 15 minutes walk from Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Our space is unique and special because it is Green! The living room has a sofa bed, a dining table, and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double/two single beds, with wardrobe and desk, In the middle between the living room and the bedroom is the bathroom with shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. New anti-noise windows. Smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi complete the furnishings. NOTE: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator.

The apartment was very comfortable, with modern facilities, very central and good transport. most attractions within walking distance. A good variety of restaurants, coffee shops and Icecreams shops, lots of clothes shops too. Caterina was very fast at answering any questions too. Thank you so much for letting us stay in you beatuful place. ps the bed was very comfortable too.

Would highly recommend - the hosts are absolutely lovely, gave us all the help we needed, plenty of advice and were all round great at communicating. Specifically, for example, when it came to check in and arrival/departure days, transfer times and whatever questions we had. The apartment itself we couldn’t fault, a perfect location to be able to walk wherever you needed to go, and close to a metro line for those longer journeys. It sits on top of two brilliant bars and bakery esq places for breakfast, great for water and a nibble before heading out for the day! All rounder of a place and helped make our stay even more amazing, huge thanks to Giacomo and Caterina.

The house is in a strategic position just 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain.
In via Genova there is an excellent bar, with unique architecture and decorations. There is also a delicious pizza by the slice, an excellent traditional restaurant and wine bar.
At the top of the road is the Garden of S. Andrea al Quirinale, a delightful little park for moments of relaxation.
Two steps away is the Monti district, wonderful, full of restaurants and shops, and accessible on foot from the most beautiful monuments of Rome.
Two Metro stops are nearby:
Line A - Repubblica 5 minutes on foot
Line B - Cavour 12 minutes on foot
A lot of buses in via Nazionale
Termini station just 15 minutes walk
For cars, the ZTL historic center during the day is closed to cars at the following times:
#6.30-6pm Monday to Friday
#14.00-18.00 on Saturdays
