Communication with Shannon was seamless, she is so pleasant to deal with. The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was perfect for our family to decompress. The outdoor area was my favorite! We will definitely be back!

Great house in a great location. So much to explore in the area. The house itself was clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful inside and out. The enclosed pool area was a big bonus and a great spot to relax and unwind after coming back from the beach. Lots of great restaurants with live entertainment just a short drive away, and so many local beaches to choose from. Would definitely recommend Shannon's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay, in a beautiful location.

The house was nicely appointed but I wished there had been an iron and a garage door opener remote. The decor of the house was very tasteful. My family was very comfortable and greatly enjoyed our stay. The fire alarm woke us very early one morning which was not fun. I would recommend this rental to friends. Thank you for letting us stay.
