My family and I stayed here over the weekend—found the place to be much smaller than the pictures depicted. The layout was somewhat odd, and important to note there are only 3 rooms in the ‘main house’, the other 2 are in the pool house. Aside from this, there were excessive check out tasks such as taking the bed sheets off of all the beds and folding the comforters and blankets (when we’re already paying $600+ in cleaning fees). We also found the hosts to be unresponsive prior to the arrival of the house, and when asked if we could discharge an application on the living room TV to stream a match to watch as a family, they said they did not have the pin. Definitely won’t be returning, would just be mindful of hosts like this as I personally have never experienced the utter lack of empathy and compassion in a weekend stay on Airbnb. It was true unwelcoming.

The renovations done to this old house were very nice--modernized, but retained the original character. Spacious property -- lots to do (or not). Kathryn was very available and responsive from the registration process,during check in, and at check-out. I would definitely consider booking with Kathryn and this location again!

Great location for a weekend getaway. Plenty of sleeping space between the main house and pool house. The outdoor amenities really set the place apart from other stays in the area, there’s enough to do outside to fill a day and the game room is a great way to get through the night. Would definitely stay again.

The area for sports and activities was perfect. The open concept kitchen / dining/ living area made for wonderful hang time. Would love to take advantage of the pool in the summer.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. After heading up the long driveway, you’ll find the home and guest house at the top of a hill looking over a big front yard and beautiful pond with fountain. The house is perfect for a group of about 15 people. We had 7 couples and each one was easily able to have their own room/bed. The house was clean and came with a bunch of necessities. It was a snowy weekend so we weren’t able to take advantage of the basketball courts or hot tub. Would love to return in the summer to use these and the pool they have. That being said, someone plowed the snow for us in the morning which was a huge help. The guest house is steps from the main home so don’t feel bad if some of your guests have to sleep there. We did have a few issues with some bugs in the guest house & attic but that may just come with the area. We ultimately enjoyed the privacy, space and features that came with the home and would definitely recommend for your next vacation.
