Our stay in Armin place was comfortable, like being at home. The host was nice and friendly and spoke English well. I will recommend Armin place to my colleague.

Đi tìm hòm thư để lấy thẻ hơi vất vả, tìm được hòm thư thì không thấy thẻ đâu. Sàn nhà mình cảm giác không được sạch và không được lau bằng nước lau sàn hay sao ý. Cảm giác nó cứ bị nhớt dính. Không recommend cho gia đình có em bé!

if you are looking for a long stay in Hanoi this will be the best place to rent. The internet is good enough if you work from home. The place has washer hot water 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs with Netflix. Everything met my expectation. The building is always clean and Armin is a great guy, good personality, very responsible and responsive. He made us feel safe and like at home. If you are missing something he can accommodate in anyways possible. He also provide someone to clean. This is a great neighborhood with great restaurants, gym, supermarket, beauty salon and spas, coffe shops, club etc... If you have kids there's at least 5 different parks near the place to take them to play or have fun. Everything is in the description. I am actually surprised that he does not have thousands of 5 stars reviews yet. Keep up the good job Armin. I travel a lot and not every hosts are like you and I really don't see myself using someone else when I am back to Vietnam.

Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Chăm chút và bảo quản nhà cửa sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhưng mong rằng các đồ dùng sẵn sẽ được cải thiện hơn chút (bàn chải, kem đánh răng, dầu ăn, thớt, rổ giá,…)
