Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location on a 200 Acre working horse farm! The 3/2 guest cottage has all new interior fixtures, updated as of late 2023 . The location is 10 min from the HITS Horse Show Grounds, 20 to 25 mins to The World Equestrian Center. A scheduled Complementary tour of the farm is included! Foaling season starts in January though May. This is guest house on our farm. We are on site in the main house.

This place has beautiful scenery. Horses everywhere. The house was gorgeous. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. Porches on both sides to sit and enjoy the surrounding.

Entire home was recently renovated. Cute furnishings throughout. Beautiful scenery with views of oversized trees and horses in all directions. Drive to HITS was less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend booking with Helen if visiting the area.
