Plus: clean, about 1.5 km to Salamanca center, free street parking, local dining and supermarket across street Minus: noisy because walls are thin, needs update (lack of electrical outlets, couch and bed a bit uncomfortable), slightly delayed entry

I hardly avoid to comment about properties, since I am not willing to. But this host shamelessly is offering place as “entire home” when actually is an apartment shared with another room with paper walls. He may think filling up place with kitchen and WC “everything will be alright”. I had time to sit in his worn out sofa to call AirBnb and explain next room was happening a bachelor meeting with boys laughing & talking loudly; not only that ring bell was unstoppable; one of them suddenly were cleaning floor and leaving a bucket of chlorine next to my door. I asked one of them whether a moment of peace will return, he said soon, but then more people were arriving. I felt bullied, and the owner was aware of situation for sure! I was exhausted and requested to leave property right away, but process took long time to conclude and 12:00 AM I was looking other place. Avoid this place! He is lying on his ad (which unfortunately later on I read a comment which says the same).
