The apartment is perfect, it couldn't be better located. When you go out onto the street you have all the stores around you. From the apartment you can visit everything on foot. It is a new, spacious, clean and bright apartment. You have everything you need when you arrive. I think he has more apartments that he owns in the same building. We were on the third floor.
