The ground/first floor presents a generously sized bedroom featuring a spacious Queen bed and single sofa bed with 5 star hotel linen, a wardrobe, and a full bathroom equipped with both a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and heated bidet toilet. Linen for sofa bed is an additional cost. As you ascend to the second floor, a delightful living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining area invite you. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals at home, otherwise step out your front door to a magnitude of dining options. Washing machine and dryer combination machine provided for use during your stay On the 3rd floor, a dedicated study/office space awaits, perfectly suited for your professional tasks. Whilst enjoying a view of the Port Hills. Furthermore, another fully tiled bathroom with Shower, Bidet and heated towel rail - plus separate toilet. Stepping into the master bedroom furnished with a spacious Queen, with the finest hotel-quality linen. Stay seamlessly connected with the provided high-speed internet. Elegantly appointed, this residence offers a comprehensive experience and enjoyable stay.
Very clean and comfortable unit. Kitchen was well equipped for an air bnb, but surprisingly did not have wine glasses - only champagne flutes. There were no bath mats provided - this was an oversight, but they didn’t rectify the issue until the late morning the following day, despite being notified at 1830. Although I searched for a place for an infant, they charge extra for things required - such as a high chair or a cot. In fact, there are charges for everything - even when I asked if we could check out 30 minutes late, they said to ask again the night before and that they would charge another $10 for the privilege. Their business model of charging for anything they can left a slightly negative impression for me, and I probably would’t stay here again as a result.
Located on Tuam Street, within the Four Avenues in the “SALT” district, these Townhouses are walking distance to The Terrace/Riverside Markets, Hoyts EntX, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Central Christchurch and many other amenities.
