Our overnight stay at Lux apartment 3 was reasonable, located near shops and clean. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and had a garage for our car which was handy as the drive way was quite narrow. Had all the amenities we needed. The host Despina was proactive at sending relevant information for our stay and that's where communication stops as she does not reply to messages sent in inbox. I did receive a call a day prior to check-in from a polite gentlemen at another residential service in honeysuckle to confirm my booking for the LUX apartment which was quite confusing. Check- in instructions from Despina noted that keys were to be picked up from another location 2mins down the road and $150 deposit for keys and returned once keys are given back to the same location on check out, which were not listed on the add. Please note there's only WiFi for the TV and not for consumer usage as listed on add. Also the side of the house is not gated. We did however enjoy our stay.

clean apartment, comfy beds, very basic. tight parking. close to Jesmond shops & 8 mins to Domino's Pizza.

It was a great stay the kids loved the 2 story house, it was nice and clean and enjoyable. And a great lockup garage to put car away on off a busy street
