Welcome to our luxury accommodation, ideally situated for group getaways, family retreats, and business trips alike. Nestled on the outskirts of Sheffield, our spacious apartment provides a perfect base for exploring the vibrant city scene while also being within easy reach of the breathtaking landscapes of the Peak District. Boasting ample living space, our stylish apartment offers a haven for relaxation after a day of adventure, whether it's hiking, sightseeing, or tackling work commitments. The living room: In the living room there is a sofa bed and another small sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs and a smart TV logged into Netflix for your enjoyment, you can also find a variety of games. The kitchen: Complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an oven. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and an air fryer available. There is seating for two at a bar table. Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom is a a large loft room with a king bed and an ensuite, the room can be split by a screen and in the other part of the room is a day bed which can be set up as a single or double. There is also clothes storage and a dedicated workspace/dressing table. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or a king upon request. There is also clothes storage and a dedicated workspace/dressing table. Main Bathroom: Complete with a waterfall shower, toilet and sink. Ensuite: Complete with a waterfall shower, toilet and sink. All tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, bathroom products, fresh towels and linen are provided as standard.

Very cute place great location
The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked fairly newly furnished. I would say 4 people would be comfortable though it does sleep more. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was compact and had the most exceptionally fluffy towels. Not having a TV myself I don't usually switch them on in apartment/hotel accommodation but this one was looking rather large so I had a go and discovered Netflix. Next to a fairly busy road which was a little noisy but it quietened down at night and I don't think it would be noticeable from the top bedroom. There was a bus stop right outside the building which may be useful and a salon for your beauty treatments next door. Not overlooked at the front as there is a school playing field. Head uphill and there is a village and a public footpath. For essential food shopping a Tesco express is 5 mins walk. You need to be reasonably fit as the area is hilly and stairs in the flat are like those of a back-to-back so fairly steep. Easy checkin.

Superb, great location, everything we needed, spotlessly clean
Absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as described, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Location was great for us, you can easily walk into Broomhill where there are lots of amenities and we walked down the the University from there and on into the city centre. Affordable taxi from the property to the city centre and also we went to Kelham Island, where there are loads of places to eat/drink. It was lovely and quiet at the property and the beds were super comfy. Really loved it and will definitely plan to book again and recommend to friends.

There is free on street parking right outside the property. The property is an 8 minute drive to the city or there is a bus stop right outside which takes you to the centre in 15 minutes. Hallamshire hospital is a 4 minute drive or only a 20 minute walk away.
