Great house to relax. Very private and away from noise but still walkable distance to shops, restaurant/pub and other activities. Secure front and rear back yard perfect for dogs and kids. And great outdoor entertaining and relaxing spaces. The spa was set up and ready for us to use when we arrived. Had a lovely and relaxing stay.

A large property in a quiet area. Walking distance to Bowling Club, local bakery and shops. Short stroll over the bridge to Echuca. Walking distance to different parts of the Murray River and a short drive/walk to Moama Beach. Walking distance to park and Moama Market on Sundays when it is on.
Parking is available on the property in a secure area. High fences around the property and a gate. Room for multiple cars, boats, jet skis and trailers. You can walk 800 meters to the Moama Bowling Club. A short walk over the bridge to Echuca. Bakery, pub and supermarket either walk or a short drive. You can call taxis or courtesy buses to most Clubs in and around Moama and Echuca.
