Milestone’s place was located perfectly- close to San Juan as well as Fajardo/Ceiba. The popular Isla Verde beach was only a 10-min drive. About a 5-min walk (30-second drive) from the house was Walgreens and Wendy’s. There was also a great Taco spot which was a 4-min drive away (Taco Naco) where we went twice and would highly recommend. The apartment itself was very well done from the inside. There was a laundry-dryer machine available which was a plus. The balcony and extra space outside made the stay even nicer as we were able to enjoy in the open. There was also a hot tub outside. Milestone was very responsive over message and phone. We had 2 cars and he even offered us an additional parking spot. Compared to other places in the area, the pricing was very reasonable.

This was the perfect stay for our vacation, it’s 10-15 minutes away from san juan. Everything else was about 10-15 minutes away as well. There is a cute brunch spot 1 block over thats walkable and the food and drinks are great. At night you can hear the roosters and coquis and you feel right at home.

3 blackouts: reasons unknown we had a great stay. The owner was very responsive and brought what we needed. I would highly recommended others to stay for vacation. I would come back.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Joan’s home. The home was spacious and clean. It was located close to San Juan. We loved hearing the coquis throughout the night. Joan was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Joans space really gave us the essence of Puerto Rico. We loved how authentic and at home it felt. The cafe next door is so cute (cafe Serrano ) and food was good. We had access to everything listed in description and everything just as described. Communication was top tier. quick , respectful responses! Neighbors were friendly and space was pretty private and felt secure with the locks. Would definitely come back!
