So this is run by a business and you will interact with 3+ people. The home itself is really nice and the neighborhood is amazing. When we arrived, the outside trash can was full of trash from the last guest, and there is no trash can in the kitchen, only a few in the bathrooms, so we had nowhere to put any trash. Only 3/5 had 1 thing towel for showers. There were no trash bags. One AC did not work. One room had blinds that would not close, so we couldn't have any women in that room. I messaged the host on day 1 to report the problems and they said someone would come immediately. After 6 days at the house no one ever came. After 3 days of reminding them I stopped.
This is my 2nd time, Ienes is hosting me..Excellent home, quite big and spacious as mentioned. only we were there in community pool, could spend much time there.. kids could enjoy the outside patio riding bycycle. one day was not enough to spend time there..wortgh for the money👍🏻 lookingforwarsd visiting them again.. keep up
Out of 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms Air conditioners were not working. The main living rooms air conditioner was also not working. We had booked with 8 Adults and 4 Kids and needed the space but due to multiple areas not having air conditioners, it was disastrous! I kept informing them to send someone to fix but for both nights they didn’t send someone and finally all I got is we are sorry, no one is available. I asked for a refund and I was told we don’t see a reason for refund!! I’m surely raising this to Consumer Protection.
Our stay could’ve been much better if only the host could provide adequate cleaning, especially that we paid an extra amount towards cleaning (about 225 USD)
The location was perfect however the villa was in a terrible state of repair. We found old food in the fridge, people’s belongings in the closets, broken furniture and the smell was unbearable with cigarette butts & flies from plug holes. The host said she would refund some of what we paid but is now non responsive. We would strongly suggest you avoid this property
