The rental was clean, cozy, and stocked with complimentary essentials. The host was always available and responsive to any questions I had. I recommend this unit and any other property Melissa hosts to anyone looking for an affordable quality getaway.

Late in the whooping crane season, but nevertheless there were about 18 whooping cranes just across the street from us, pretty much every day for hours. Then they would fly right over us. You can take pictures from the porch!

I have crazy chemical allergies and Melissa was very proactive and caring. I very much appreciated her help in creating a safe environment for my stay so my Sweetheart/husband could enjoy a little vacation away from work and house stress. Her TLC reduced my stress too so I was able to enjoy our visit too.

This place is an amazing place to stay! Great view of the water and birds. Tim and melissa were very accommodating. Very peaceful, will be going back next year! Highly recommend this place! Ellen and Tom

This was my second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. I felt right at home. The location is peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. Looking forward to my next stay.
